Quick Egg Roll Wrapper Chips

So I had some egg roll wrappers left from making egg rolls the other night and since they say they need to be used two days after opening, I decided to cut them up and fry them to make some quick and tasty chips.

I quartered my egg roll wrappers, then cut the quarters into triangles.

Put them in some hot oil in an electric skillet.

Flip them over once or twice.

When done, use a paper towel to absorb the extra oil.  You can add seasoning if you’d like or they’re really tasty without any extra.
